Review: Mac Girl About Town Lipstick

Hello, hello,

This time a month ago I did not own a single Mac lipstick but thank's to christmas I now own 5! Mac lipsticks must be one of the most wanted and luxurious lipsticks in the blogging world but at £15 each they have the potential to burn a huge hole in your pocket! 

One of my favourite Mac lipsticks I own has to be Girl About Town. This lipstick is an amplified finish so it is full of pigmentation aswell as being super creamy. It is also long lasting and smells super delicious as all Mac lipsticks do. Girl About Town is an amazing bright pink, it has more purple undertones than your regular barbie pink lipstick which means that it is the perfect adult, mature pink lipstick. I adore this lipstick any day and especially with a black outfit, it just looks exquisit. 

I would highly reccomend this if you were looking for a new Mac lipstick to add to your collection!

Review : Lush Mask Of Magnaminty Face & Back Pack

I recently visited London and whilst is was there I went to Covent Garden and if you haven't already been Covent Garden has the best Lush shop I have ever seen! It's mainly underground but it is really big and it's just wonderful, because it's Lush of course! While I was there I asked the lady to recommend a face mask I could use because at the moment I have had a crazy big rash of spots break out on my forehead and I want something to help get rid of them! She recommended this:

Lush Mask Of Magnaminty Face & Back Pack

It is a thick and slightly lumpy consistency which is green.

To use it you're supposed to apply it all over the face evenly (avoiding the eyes, obviously) and let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then using water on your hand wet the face mask and rub in circular motions to create and exfoliator and then wash it off in warm water.

I found that when i put it on my face it had a very strong minty scent (hence the name magnaMINTY) and then when I applied i felt an incredibly strong tingly sensation like you do when you put on a plumping lip gloss. Although to begin with I found this sensation very uncomfortable after a while I found it quite refreshing and awakening so I would defiantly recommend this on one of those days when you feel like your skin may need a little pick me up! The next day I woke up and i could visibly see a few of the smaller spots had gone and my face felt very soft.

I rate this product 4 out of 5! So I would definitely recommend you try it!
